(1) about us.
WORD ALIVE was established ten years ago, by the leading
of the HOLY SPIRIT, after several encounters pastor Okey Mark
Daniel had with the HOLY SPIRIT, to serve GOD full time.Since
then Pastor Mark Daniel had allowed the HOLY SPIRIT to use
him to put smiles upon the faces of people that have come
across him.He is an easy going man of GOD but with a
principle in other not to allow the gospel of the LORD not to be
put shame. He is married to Pasto Blessing.
(2) mission.
The mission is to 'SAVE THE LOST AND EMPOWERING THEIR
MINDS FOR EXPLOITS".
(3) vision.
"Bringing the word alive into their lives" we also have the
vision of building schools. hospitals, support communities etc
Special program
God specially spelt out the vision to the man of God what he
shall do for Him; as regard to the WORD.
1. W = widows
2. O = orphans
3. R = refugees
4. D = deprived
Widows Forum:- we put smiles on the faces of these daughters
of zion by bringing their hope alive again, there by making
their faith strong again in the Lord. By the grace of God all
the widows that this ministry has come across has never
remain the same again. We provide their basic needs as God
has given us the Grace. We assist them to start small scale
business of their choice. {Isa 1:16-17,James 1:27}
2. Orphans :- {James 1:27} These are Gods children and the
scripture says anyone who blesses them will receive divine
attention that means that he lends to God. We want to support
as many of them tha comes across us. We want put back to
school and many more, so we need everyone support to
actualize this vision.
3. Refugees :- {Ps 57:1, Heb 6:18} Psalmist says be merciful
unto me oh God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusth in
thee; in the shadow of thy wings will I take my refuge, until
these calamities be overpast. When someone is outside his
supposed environment, he becomes a stranger in that land.
Moreover those that are helpless due to circumstances beyond
their control can as well become a refugee in his father land.
Most of these people are sleeping under bridges in various
locations in their fathers land, these people we have helped to
get shelter over their head. Also there are foreigners who
needs help from brothers, this church have assisted most of
them become settled all to the glory of God. We trust God to
put more resources into our hand to see that these sons and
daughters of God are cared for.
4. Deprived:- {Gen 27:45, Isa 38:10} These are people that
suffers deprivation. They are deprived of the precious things of
life they don’t know what to do though they are in the church
but the basic things of life are not in their hands they are
faithful in doing the things of God these we have supported
them start small scale business etc so we call all meaningful
Christians all over the world to assist in fulfilling this great
vision
